Quite a few rest days this week. I am really loving my new training program. It seems to free up a lot of time so I can recover better. It also means I have time to go for a run, and do some kettlebell stuff… not that I did that this week.

Finally installed the printer driver on my computer tonight, so I’ve already printed some maps and some time next week I shall run off to some forest for some exploring 🙂
