Monday – Thinking about the next strongman comp
  • Clean & Jerk: 5 @ 30kg, 5 @ 35kg, 4 @ 40kg
  • Jerk: 3 x 5 @ 35kg

Tuesday – Rest

Wednesday – Need my arse kicked for the KB comp coming up soon
AM:
  • 8km trail run around Mt Dandenong
PM:
  • Long cycle 5 min @ 12kg, 14 RPM
  • Clean 4 min @ 16kg, 12 RPM
  • Jerk 4 min @ 16kg, 10 RPM
Thursday – Found a track I’d been looking for so long! It’s very very very very steep. Glasgow Track, near the Channel 10 Track, Mt. D 🙂 🙂 🙂 It SUCKS!!! Must do again soon 🙂
  • 5km in 1hr 37 min!!! Steep!

Friday – Ran out of time

Saturday – Out all day on a course

Sunday – Impromptu trip to the beach

Total training: 4hrs 30min, including 14km
Nutrition: Good, except 2 days on the weekend. Still paying for it!

Shit is getting real now. Kettlebell comp on this coming weekend. I am actually training for it. For realz.

Why is it never possible to portray steepness in a photo? Just trust me. This is a steep hill.

    This is steeper than View Track! We should do it! oh hang on…. better get some secret training done first. There was a lot of stopping to rest up this one!
