They say if you tell people your goals then you are taking responsibility and holding yourself accountable so that you will have a better chance of achieving them. Do you have lofty goals? Have you tried and failed? Or tried and achieved? Did you tell people about them first?
Next powerlifting comp is on in a couple of weeks. I have goals. They seem a bit lofty and slightly terrifying. Should I post them before I aim for them?
