Felt a bit lazy this weekend and opted for a sleep in instead of something really long. I skipped my usual VHBOS run and went for 23kms of rolling hills including some of the single trails along the Yarra. My left achilles was being stupid, which is highly unusual, and my right achilles was absolutely fine. Finally my right leg has started doing something right as my right gastroc was tight during the whole run. Yes, as painful as it is, it is a good thing. The muscles are working properly.
