Last weekend’s mediocre run was the start of me getting back into endurance training and preparing myself for better races this year. I’ll still lift weights and swing kettlebells but I will focus more on my running goals and less on my obsession with lifting big numbers.
I need to plan my runs a bit better though. Today I was aiming for 25km but it only ended up being 19km. I always forget just how far long runs actually are.
